Job Summary

Empowering partners and driving market strategies, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, engage key decision-makers, and conduct market research to align solutions with prospect needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up on inbound leads
  • Identify and engage appropriate buyers and decision-makers within target accounts
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and prospect needs to qualify leads
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience in TPA, health insurance, benefits administration, or SaaS sales preferred
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and pipeline management best practices
  • Creative, high-energy, and resourceful with a strong appetite for growth in B2B technology sales
