Job Summary
Empowering partners and driving market strategies, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and conduct market research to align solutions with client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Identify and engage buyers and decision-makers within target accounts to position partner solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to grow the sales pipeline and support long-term revenue goals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in TPA, health insurance, benefits administration, or SaaS sales preferred
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and pipeline management best practices
- Creative, high-energy, and resourceful with a strong appetite to grow into a B2B technology sales professional
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development
