Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will initiate communication with prospective customers, qualify leads, and manage a pipeline of opportunities while collaborating closely with sales leaders to drive growth in the e-commerce sector.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify businesses suited to the company's working capital financing products
  • Source leads through multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting Founders, CEOs, and CFOs of high-growth brands
  • Develop and nurture a leads pipeline, providing accurate flow predictions and effectively leveraging the CRM system
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with outreach methods such as cold calling or fundraising is a plus
  • Resourceful mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results
  • Strategic thinker capable of driving partnership conversations
  • Familiarity with GSuite and sales tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous
