Job Summary

Seeking a friendly and ambitious Business Development Representative, this full-time remote position will focus on initiating business development activities to support Digital Engagement Solutions sales teams through targeted outreach and scheduling introductory meetings.

Key responsibilities:
  • Mapping contacts from target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Initiating contact with key roles within prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings
  • Logging interactions in CRM and providing feedback to the sales team while supporting territory managers at trade shows and events
Required qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of digital engagement solutions and trends in the financial services industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 20%) for sales support
