Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Business Development Representative in a full-time remote role, responsible for identifying targets, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for account executives while collaborating with revenue operations to enhance outreach strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify target customers and qualify leads to facilitate seamless handoffs to account executives
- Engage with prospects through personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn, utilizing account research
- Collaborate with revenue operations to provide feedback on account scoring, messaging, and automated workflows
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales, SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS, life sciences, or compliance environment
- Existing knowledge of the drug development landscape or a strong desire to learn about it
- Experience with modern sales and GTM tools
- Proficiency in using AI tools beyond basic tasks
- A friendly, supportive attitude in communication, avoiding aggressive sales tactics
