Job Summary
Confident and driven, the full-time Business Development Representative will generate interest and schedule qualified sales meetings for B2B tech companies while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize email, cold calls, and data lists to generate leads and schedule sales meetings
- Conduct account-based research to tailor outreach based on client buyer personas
- Track outreach efforts and manage pipelines using Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B tech or SaaS with high-volume cold-calling
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to communicate client offerings clearly and persuasively
- Bonus points for experience selling complex or technical solutions
