Job Summary
To support the growth of sales in public safety and child advocacy markets, the remote Business Development Representative will engage decision-makers through prospecting, manage CRM data in HubSpot, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and events to generate pipeline
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and optimize workflows for better pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective opportunity handoffs and share insights for strategy improvement
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with HubSpot or ability to quickly learn CRM systems
- Strong drive to exceed targets and a competitive mindset
- Interest in public safety, govtech, child advocacy, or vertical SaaS industries
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales is preferred
