Job Summary

To support the growth of sales in public safety and child advocacy markets, the remote Business Development Representative will engage decision-makers through prospecting, manage CRM data in HubSpot, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and events to generate pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and optimize workflows for better pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective opportunity handoffs and share insights for strategy improvement
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or ability to quickly learn CRM systems
  • Strong drive to exceed targets and a competitive mindset
  • Interest in public safety, govtech, child advocacy, or vertical SaaS industries
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales is preferred
