Job Summary
To support the launch of a go-to-market function in Germany, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will generate leads through outbound prospecting, engage with dental practices, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for various dental practice prospects
- Generate new business through outbound channels, including email and phone outreach
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and contribute ideas to build the BDR function from scratch
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- Experience with cold calling, particularly with SMB targets
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new sales concepts
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- Familiarity with standard sales tools and a willingness to implement new ones
