Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Business Development Representative will qualify leads and nurture client relationships in a fully remote environment, working either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in consigning
- Qualify marketing-generated leads through daily outreach and field inbound inquiries
- Nurture leads with ongoing follow-up via phone, text, and email, while educating them on the consignment process
Required qualifications
- High degree of professionalism and excellent phone demeanor
- Strong customer service and analytical skills
- Comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, including working one weekend day
- Self-motivation and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
