Job Summary
Focused on generating and qualifying new business leads, the full-time Business Development Representative will research target companies in the financial services industry, engage with key decision-makers, and transition leads to the sales team while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture prospect organizations within the financial services sector to introduce them to the sales team
- Conduct needs analysis to identify prospect pain points and objectives, driving lead generation
- Manage and update client data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate communication logs and information
Required Qualifications
- BS in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business development and lead generation
- B2B background in Fintech and/or financial services highly preferred
- Proven ability to engage with "C" level B2B relationships and navigate enterprise accounts
- Experience maintaining and expanding a Salesforce CRM database
