Job Summary

To drive business growth, the full-time Business Development Representative will research target companies in the financial services industry, identify key contacts, and generate leads through personalized outreach, ultimately transitioning leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture prospect organizations within the financial services sector to introduce them to the sales team
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify prospects' pain points and objectives, driving lead generation
  • Manage and update client data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate communication logs and information
Required Qualifications
  • BS in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and lead generation, with a proven track record of self-generating leads
  • B2B background in Fintech and/or financial services highly preferred
  • Experience in maintaining and expanding a Salesforce CRM database
  • Strong social selling skills with an active LinkedIn account
