Job Summary
Generating qualified pipeline for the Sales team, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting, manage inbound leads, and book discovery meetings that convert into revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn to create qualified discovery meetings
- Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualifying interest and scheduling meetings while maintaining high standards in Salesforce
- Run early discovery calls to confirm prospect needs and transition meetings to Account Executives with full context
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative preferred
- Strong writing ability and clear communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools
- Comfortable with high outbound volume and handling rejection
- Organized, dependable, and motivated by targets and team alignment
