Job Summary
Generating sales appointments for outside sales representatives, the full-time hourly Business Development Representative will manage a database of existing customers and internet contacts while promoting eco-friendly products in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls to generate sales appointments
- Provide best-in-class service to customers and strive for 5-Star service reviews
- Participate in department meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and performance
Required qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, adapting to both in-office and remote environments
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of discipline and mental fortitude
- Exceptional patience and active listening skills
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
