Job Summary

Generating sales appointments for outside sales representatives, the full-time hourly Business Development Representative will manage a database of existing customers and internet contacts while promoting eco-friendly products in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls to generate sales appointments
  • Provide best-in-class service to customers and strive for 5-Star service reviews
  • Participate in department meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and performance
Required qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, adapting to both in-office and remote environments
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of discipline and mental fortitude
  • Exceptional patience and active listening skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
