Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will conduct personalized outbound lead generation, nurture client relationships, and convert inbound marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct personalized outbound lead generation and connect with new clients through various channels
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers, qualifying them for handoff to Account Executives
- Maintain and report sales activities in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or pipeline building
- Proven track record of drive, ambition, and initiative in previous roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet goals
- Willingness to travel to the USA 4-5 times a year for conferences and customer events
- Experience with prospecting tools such as Outreach is a plus
