Job Summary

To support the growth of the sales team, the full-time Business Development Representative will research target companies, generate and qualify new business leads, and transition leads to the sales network while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture prospect organizations within the financial services industry to introduce them to the sales team
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify prospects' pain points and objectives, driving lead generation
  • Manage and update client data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate communication logs and information
Required Qualifications
  • BS in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and lead generation, with a proven track record of self-generating leads
  • B2B background in Fintech and/or financial services highly preferred
  • Experience in maintaining and expanding a Salesforce CRM database
  • Active LinkedIn account with strong social selling skills
