Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will develop leads, build the sales pipeline, and engage with senior health system executives while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and qualify target accounts using a strategic account-based sales development approach
- Deliver personalized outreach and follow-up with key decision-makers to secure initial meetings
- Coordinate with sales representatives to align on target accounts and share insights for effective lead handoff
Required qualifications
- Clinical experience in a hospital or the medical field is strongly preferred
- Experience in growing a sales pipeline through targeted account-based outbound strategies is a plus
- Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to engage prospective customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills for prioritizing lead follow-up activities
