Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to support their growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initial outreach to prospects using prospecting strategies
  • Identify needs and challenges of prospective customers and determine their interest in HubSpot software and services
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in customer service or sales environment
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Experience reaching or exceeding activity goals/quotas
  • Familiarity with HubSpot products
  • Understanding of B2B businesses, particularly manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and professional services
