Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 7-9 BDRs through regular performance reviews and pipeline management
- Oversee ramp and performance management for new and existing team members

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a BDR or SDR, with a background in leadership roles
- Proven track record of coaching team members to meet quotas and manage pipeline metrics
- Experience in the fintech sector, particularly in financial infrastructure or B2B fintech
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
