Job Summary
Leading a team of outbound Business Development Representatives across North America and EMEA, the full-time remote Business Development Representative Manager will focus on coaching, optimizing outbound execution, and enhancing AI SDR performance while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales on SQO generation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of outbound BDRs, conducting regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive outbound contributions to SQO targets and report on pipeline health
- Optimize the performance of the inbound AI SDR engine through cross-functional collaboration and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing an outbound BDR/SDR team in cybersecurity
- Proven ability to build and improve sales processes, including creating a BDR playbook from scratch
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement and AI-assisted sales tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks in sales funnels
