Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for organic certification services, articulating the value proposition
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
  • Manage lead qualification and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for service development


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • 1+ years of Client Services experience
  • 1+ years of Inside Sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Agriculture, Manufacturing, Retail, Food/Feed industries, or related fields
