Business Development Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partnerships throughout their lifecycle, focusing on early R&D
• Ensure effective partnership governance and alignment on strategy and obligations
• Proactively identify and resolve key partnership risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's with 4 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Collaboration Management and/or Business Development experience
• Ph.D. in Life Sciences and/or MBA preferred
• Experience managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Background in drug development and ability to work with technical experts
• Experience with licensing agreements and joint governance models
