Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist - Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage data and analytics to improve engagement strategies and support models
• Contribute to and execute engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Engagement Team
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance engagement efforts and drive client growth

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in business administration, sales, marketing/communications, or engagement-related fields
• College degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technology-savvy
• Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving skills with a development mindset for improving engagement approaches
