Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist responsible for generating sales leads and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through telephone and electronic communications
  • Initiate the sales process with a strong emphasis on cold calling
  • Build and cultivate relationships with potential prospects to qualify opportunities for the sales organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-3 years of proven telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or relevant education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field required
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Aptitude to learn complex solutions delivered via training
