Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to support its Real Estate, Development, and Construction Strategic Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the group's attorneys and client base, effectively communicating the firm's value proposition
• Collaborate with team members on business development and marketing projects, including planning and implementation
• Draft and produce high-quality marketing materials and manage business development databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet research tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• High level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
