Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline with accurate CRM tracking
- Experience working with employers in healthcare, IT, or workforce development preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard outreach platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with a team
