Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an active employer prospect pipeline across assigned sectors, ensuring accurate tracking in the CRM system
  • Conduct outreach to employer HR and operations leaders to establish partnerships and coordinate hiring events
  • Draft partnership proposals, manage agreements, and act as the ongoing relationship manager post-agreement


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, employer partnerships, or related fields
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline with consistent follow-through
  • Experience working with employers in healthcare, IT, or workforce development is preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard outreach platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with a team
