Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth by engaging decision-makers in North American electric utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized email campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain an organized Salesforce pipeline and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on account strategies
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in outbound business development or meeting-setting roles, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
- Experience in high-volume prospecting environments, including making 200+ cold calls per day
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high activity volume
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- A coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
