Job Summary
To support business growth, the fully remote Business Development Specialist will identify and generate sales leads through proactive outreach, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with sales professionals to cultivate opportunities in both established and new territories.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities via telephone and electronic communications, focusing on cold calling
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to qualify potential prospects and manage data for new and prospective clients
- Collaborate with client managers and the Sales Integration Manager to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified prospects and grow the sales pipeline
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or a combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field required
- Proficiency in MS Office products and experience with CRM software preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas
- Aptitude to learn complex solutions through training
