Job Summary

To drive growth in self-directed Medicaid services, the full-time remote Business Development Specialist will identify and develop opportunities, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and build strategic partnerships while analyzing market trends and client needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead generation and evaluation of self-direction markets, including FMS and Support Broker opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, while maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Analyze state Medicaid strategies and develop market entry strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in Medicaid, LTSS, or government-facing healthcare markets, with a focus on business development
  • Strong understanding of state Medicaid structures and government procurement cycles
  • Experience in self-directed Medicaid services or complex waiver environments
  • High level of CRM literacy and analytical discipline
  • Background in business development, marketing strategy, or healthcare policy
