Job Summary
Supporting the growth of partnerships and revenue, the full-time Business Development Specialist will manage CRM organization, create sales collateral, and assist in drafting proposals while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the CRM, ensuring all deals are accurately tracked and updated
- Identify key decision-makers at target employers and prepare sales materials for outreach and meetings
- Draft communications to prospects and assist in writing sales proposals and RFP responses
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment
- Experience using AI tools for workflow automation
- Strong proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
