Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the part-time hourly Proposal & Business Development Specialist will identify project opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and manage client outreach while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources
• Craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements and brand voice
• Track proposal performance and analyze data to improve conversion strategies

Required qualifications

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level)
• Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and analysis
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Power BI
