Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the part-time Proposal & Business Development Specialist will identify project opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and manage client outreach while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on various lead platforms
- Craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements
- Analyze proposal performance data to improve conversion strategies
Required qualifications
- Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level)
- Experience with client acquisition and drafting leads
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI
- A degree in Business Analytics or a related field is a plus
