Job Summary
Supporting the sales team in a remote full-time capacity, the Business Development Specialist will drive lead generation, manage prospecting efforts, and facilitate communication between leads and the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through targeted research, outreach, and networking
- Develop and execute outbound messaging strategies to engage prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on lead generation and sales activities
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales process coordination
- Familiarity with digital marketing services and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital health industries
- Experience with prospecting tools is a plus
