Business Development Team Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Business Development Team Lead will manage and develop BDRs, drive team performance, and lead by example in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop BDRs through regular feedback and training to enhance their prospecting and sales skills
- Drive team performance against activity and demo goals, creating action plans to address performance gaps
- Monitor team metrics and KPIs, providing ongoing sales coaching based on individual performance data
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience with 6-12 months of management experience preferred
- Experience in SaaS/EMR Health tech is preferred
- Possess a growth mindset with a passion for developing team members
- Able to thrive in an autonomous work environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Slack
