Business Development Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Trainer for Home Health in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and delivers training programs for business development staff and regional teams
• Designs learning solutions based on the identified needs of the business development staff
• Conducts needs assessments and evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in homecare, hospice, or clinical education training
• Two years of experience in training or coaching
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to travel 10-15% is required
