Business Development Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Field Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-field orientation and training to business development team members
• Develop and conduct customized training programs to promote best practices
• Generate coaching documentation and collaborate with the BD training team to enhance learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business, or related field; or three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of experience in hospice sales and business development
• One year of experience in training and/or coaching
