Business Director

Job Summary

To drive growth and enhance product integration, the full-time Business Director will lead cross-functional execution and develop strategic initiatives in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability amidst changing consumer demands
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering talent development and retention
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to create new processes and tools for data modeling and analytics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis
• At least 4 years of experience in qualitative analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in people management
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
