Job Summary

Supporting operational processes remotely, the full-time Contract Business Enablement Analyst will manage vendor relationships, ensure accurate invoice processing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient vendor management and financial operations across the organization
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and operational requests are completed timely
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal partners and external suppliers

Required qualifications

• Experience in business operations, finance, procurement, or vendor management
• Proficiency in reconciling invoices and supporting financial operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
