Business Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Business Enablement Analyst will focus on implementing and optimizing processes, systems, and tools while managing insurance payor contracts and reimbursement rules.

Key responsibilities

• Building, testing, and maintaining insurance payor contracts and expected reimbursement rules
• Coordinating with operations to ensure accuracy of reimbursement rules and performing QA on models
• Assisting with onboarding Revenue Acceleration projects, including data validation and training

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role, with a preference for a healthcare background
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, with knowledge of billing and coding
• Familiarity with managed care contracting and modeling
• Understanding of CMS guidelines, including Medicare reimbursement logic
• Proficiency in project management and analytical skills
