Business Engagement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Engagement Lead - Security & Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a standardized intake process and facilitate prioritization discussions
• Maintain visibility into workload, resource allocation, and support financial and budget management
• Serve as a liaison across various teams and drive process improvements related to planning and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business engagement, IT operations, PMO, FP&A, or similar roles
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with tools such as LeanIX, Workday, or Excel
• Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and financial teams
