Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business and Industry Engagement Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employer groups, industry associations, and workforce intermediaries
• Translate WES narrative and policy into engaging conversations for business and industry audiences
• Coordinate employer roundtables and industry briefings to align with team priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, or related fields
• Experience representing an organization under senior leadership guidance
• Ability to translate systems change concepts into employer-relevant language
• Demonstrated capability in building strategic relationships and leading system change work
