Business Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Liaison/ Business Engagement Specialist for the SSA Ticket to Work Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard employers for the EN program, providing initial implementation support
• Lead outreach campaigns and develop relationships with businesses and workforce organizations
• Provide education on hiring individuals with disabilities and maintain compliance with program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in employer engagement, workforce development, or related field
• Knowledge of the SSA Ticket to Work program or related vocational rehabilitation programs is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM and case management software, with experience in virtual engagement platforms
• Ability to network and build partnerships with diverse business leaders
