Business Excellence Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing network of manufacturing plants, the full-time remote Business Excellence Manager will manage Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, mentor CI Managers, and lead strategic projects to enhance operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Support the deployment and sustainment of Lean programs across all plants
- Design and deliver Lean Fundamentals training while mentoring CI Managers
- Lead and support strategic projects that impact multiple plants, tracking project status and effectiveness using KPIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations
- Certified Six Sigma Black or equivalent preferred
- Experience training and mentoring leaders in Lean techniques
- Proven experience leading network-wide Lean transformation initiatives
