Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Excellence Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and implementation of AI and automation in service delivery processes to enhance productivity and customer experience
• Coordinate IT requests and support for financial re-organization efforts, including SAP system alignment
• Develop standard processes for contract offerings and support the maintenance of global systems and platforms

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in service processes
• Direct experience with SAP modules and processes (CS, SD, FI, CO, MM)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a service organization with project management and process optimization roles
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
