Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and implementation of AI and automation in service delivery processes
• Support IT requests and coordination of annual financial re-organization efforts
• Take ownership of cross-functional improvement projects to enhance processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in service processes
• Direct experience with SAP modules and processes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a service organization with project management responsibilities
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
