Job Summary

Leading multiple enterprise strategic initiatives, the full-time Business Execution Lead will manage project requirements, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring successful implementation in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various projects and initiatives
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with project requirements and deadlines
• Provide ongoing administration and process management of assigned programs, monitoring activities and reporting on KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, including project management experience
• Project management certification preferred
• Proven success in working with all levels of management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
