Business Execution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Execution Manager to lead and oversee complex programs across the Commercial Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale projects and initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics
• Manage program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of program/project management experience in a commercial or corporate banking environment
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent strongly preferred; Agile certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of the Commercial Bank and its business units
