Job Summary
Supporting high-net-worth financial advisors, the full-time Business Exit Planning Associate will manage the development and delivery of business exit planning services, including strategy development and client education, while collaborating with various teams and maintaining a referral network.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and collaborate with a community of LPL Advisors to build a pipeline of investment banking referrals
- Contribute to maintaining and expanding the team's referral network of high-net-worth service providers
- Proactively source leads through LPL advisors for qualified business owners ready for sale or scale
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services or financial sales
- Strong personal financial planning knowledge and understanding of financial services products
- Experience servicing the needs of affluent and institutional clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
