Business Experience Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness and enablement activities aligned to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
• Define and execute the internal communication strategy and manage project readiness plans
• Coordinate training and reinforcement activities to support stakeholder engagement and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Formal education or training in project management practices is preferred
• Experience in a customer or internal client-facing project management role is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• CAPM certification is preferred
