Business Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a growing organization, the full-time remote Business Finance Analyst will audit finance processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and oversee the implementation of new workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the company's financial situation to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Design and implement alternative business process workflows while supervising their execution
• Gather and act on feedback regarding business processes to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required
• 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate setting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, including month-end accounting tasks
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
